Written to be read, not skipped. Here is exactly what we collect, why we collect it, and what you can tell us to stop.

Kazzona Institute (Block G, Noida Sector 3, with campuses in Mumbai and Bangalore) runs this website and the student dashboard behind it. This policy covers both. When you register for a course, fill a counselling form, or simply browse this site, this is how your information is handled.
Name, email, phone, city and the course you are interested in — when you register, request a callback, or chat with us on WhatsApp.
Amount, UPI reference, plan and status — so we can verify your payment. We never see your card number, UPI PIN or bank password.
Login activity, attendance, assignments, test scores and support conversations — the record of your journey through the program.
Honestly, most of it is boring and necessary: running your batch, verifying that a payment reached us, sending class links and fee reminders, generating your certificate, answering your support tickets. We also look at which pages students actually find useful so we can fix the ones they do not.
Marketing emails (new batches, workshops) go out only with an unsubscribe option inside every mail. Transactional messages — payment confirmation, class schedules, password resets — are part of the service and do not carry an opt-out.
Two kinds of cookies run here. Essential ones keep you logged in and remember small things like dismissing the batch popup — without them the site simply will not work. The second kind is measurement: we load Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand which pages answer students' questions and which ones do not.
Google processes that data under its own privacy policy. You can opt out from analytics or ad personalisation in your browser settings or at Google Ad Settings. Blocking cookies will not break the site — you may just need to log in again more often.
Only where a job needs doing: our payment collection method (to confirm your UPI transfer), Google (analytics), the video tool that runs live classes, and the government if Indian law specifically requires a disclosure. We do not sell, rent or trade your details — there is no scenario in which a telemarketer buys a list from us.
For as long as your account is active, plus whatever longer period tax and education records legally require. Ask us to delete your account and we will — except where the law forces us to hold a record (payment receipts, typically). Certificate records stay because a certificate you may one day need should not vanish.
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask what we hold about you, fix what is wrong, delete what we should not have, and withdraw consent you gave earlier. Write to kazzonainstitute@gmail.com or call +91 99713 63358 — we reply within 30 days, usually faster.
The site runs on HTTPS, passwords are stored hashed, and only staff who need your data to do their job can see it. No system on earth is 100% invulnerable — but we do not sit on data we have no reason to keep, which shrinks the target considerably.
Our programs are built for learners aged 18 and above. If you are under 18, enroll only with a parent or guardian's consent — and they should read this page too.
When something material changes — a new analytics tool, a change in payment flow — this page gets updated with a fresh date at the top. Older versions are available on request.
Ask anything — we would rather over-explain than leave you guessing.
